I am part of an HOA board of directors that hired Revelation Community Management in 2012 and it was one of the BEST decisions we ever made. We were self-ran for many years, so I know firsthand the work that goes into operating an HOA. We eventually hired a property manager and all was well, but they kept having such a turn-over in employees that left us neglected and seemingly always starting from scratch. Truthfully, until we hired on with Revelation Community Management we did not even know what we were missing out on. Marissa is a wealth of knowledge! She is totally supportive of the board's needs and is always finding ways to enhance services to continue to meet our needs. She is aware of HOA laws and able to direct the board in a manner to limit liability. Marissa always responds to my emails. Usually within the hour. And, even late at night from home, which I have told her is unnecessary. That's just how good she is! I highly recommend any board out there searching for someone to relieve the stress and workload of running an HOA to give Marissa a call. You will not regret it! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!
