Navigating the Homeowners Portal

We provide a personalized homeowners portal for all of our communities! While it is simple to use, instructions are always nice to have.

  1. Secure login so the homeowner can view all the details of their private account. Name and account number on site verify login is correct
  2. Side menu options:
    1. ACC requests – provides the ability to submit a request for an architectural change to the exterior of the property
    2. Calendar provides association events as maintained by the association
    3. Directory – provides contact information for all homeowners who choose to share it
    4. Documents – provides all important documents pertaining to the association including governing documents, financials, minutes, newsletters, forms needed for anything pertaining to the association
    5. Profile – Lists the homeowner’s basic contact information
    6. Photos – features photos from association events as updated by the association
    7. Violations – any current violations for the homeowner and their status are listed
    8. Work orders – provides the ability to submit work orders and check the status of pending work orders.
  3. Top menu options:
    1. About us – lists a descriptive narrative about the association
    2. Account info – gives an itemized breakdown of charges and payments to the homeowner’s account
    3. Announcements – features the ability to post community-wide announcements
    4. Pay assessments – allows the option to pay dues 24/7
    5. Questions/comments – provides the opportunity to ask questions, submit feedback, etc.
