I enjoy the communication they have provided in addition they have been understanding of not being able to physically make all the meetings. Switching to a virtual option has been helpful, while I balance life's challenges with being on our board. I'm not the most vocal, the loudest, the most knowledgeable but I try. I appreciate the work with our member that makes everyone feel like we are all on a level playing field.

We are very happy with RCM. Denis is great to work with and is always prepared for our monthly meetings. There have been a few times she has not had the answer for us during the meeting when a question arises but she always circles back with an answer. It is appreciated.

I appreciate greatly your knowledge of the rules and regs we need to go by. It makes being a Board member easier knowing we have someone to rely on with problems and questions.

I serve on the board because I work with such a great management company. Everyone is always quick to respond, ready for meetings, knowledgeable about the community, and guides us through this journey of leading in the community.

This is the most professional management group I have ever dealt with. I currently have both our home as well as a vacation home. Over the years I have dealt with at least six or eight such management firms, some good and some not so good. These folks are the best.

Best management company in the Charlotte area! I have served on multiple HOA Boards, and have had mediocre experiences at best. When our Association contracted with Revelation Management, we knew immediately our experience was going to different. With their competent management and leadership, we have been able to address some serious financial issues, and have substantially improved maintenance and conditions within our community. I am part of an HOA board of directors that hired Revelation Community Management in 2012 and it was one of the BEST decisions we ever made. We were self-ran for many years, so I know firsthand the work that goes into operating an HOA. We eventually hired a property manager and all was well, but they kept having such a turn-over in employees that left us neglected and seemingly always starting from scratch. Truthfully, until we hired on with Revelation Community Management we did not even know what we were missing out on. Marissa is a wealth of knowledge! She is totally supportive of the board's needs and is always finding ways to enhance services to continue to meet our needs. She is aware of HOA laws and able to direct the board in a manner to limit liability. Marissa always responds to my emails. Usually within the hour. And, even late at night from home, which I have told her is unnecessary. That's just how good she is!
